Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by MOSCAT Studio, including wine workshops, online programs, and related events. By booking or attending any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
MOSCAT Studio offers wine workshops, tastings, educational programs, and cultural experiences. Details, schedules, and prices are available on our website and booking platforms.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made via our website, email, or approved booking partners.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.

4. Age Restriction
Participation in wine workshops is strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older. Valid ID may be required.

5. Cancellations & Changes by Client

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.

• You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in writing.

6. Cancellations & Changes by MOSCAT Studio
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient bookings, force majeure). In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

7. Conduct & Safety
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner, without refund.

8. Liability
MOSCAT Studio is not responsible for:

• Personal injury due to misuse of alcohol.

• Loss or damage to personal property.

• Issues arising from third-party services (transportation, accommodation).

9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during workshops or online programs are the intellectual property of MOSCAT Studio and cannot be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
