Refund Policy

Refund Policy 

1. Physical Products
If MOSCAT Studio sells physical products (e.g., wine accessories, merchandise):

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

2. Event Bookings

  • Full refund for cancellations made 7+ days before the event.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before the event.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.

  • Event bookings may be transferred to another guest upon written notice.

3. Online Programs

  • Refund requests for online programs will only be accepted before the program start date.

  • Once access has been granted to course materials, no refund will be issued.

4. Event Cancellations by MOSCAT Studio
If we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at moscatstudio@gmail.com with your booking reference or order number, stating the reason for your refund request.
