A guided aperitivo tasting dedicated to the expression of place through wine. Each ritual focuses on one producer and one region, exploring how grape variety, terroir, and winemaking choices shape the character of the wine in the glass. Included in the ritual: Producer presentation Introduction to the winery, philosophy, and production approach Grape characteristics & wine structure Aromas, texture, balance, and style explained through tasting Region & terroir insight Soil, climate, landscape, and their influence on the wines 3 tasting glasses of wine (70 ml each) Selected to show different expressions of the same terroir Aperitivo pairing bites Crackers, olives, and simple seasonal snacks Tasting card included For notes and personal impressions After the ritual: Guests are welcome to stay and continue the experience. Additional tasting flights and a small tapas menu are available to order à la carte, allowing you to revisit your favourite wines or explore new ones at your own rhythm.
